SFA100 Double Air Supply Condensor
Applications
It is applicable in opening and cleaning processes in a cotton mill,can also be used in nomwoven equipment and ancillary dedusting,where by condensing raw cotton or M.M.F.to the surface of the perforated drum with air stream from a fan,partial short fibres and microdust are thus eliminated.And the raw cotton or M.M.F.stripped with a beater is to be fed into next machine.Also suitable where raw material needs conveying or transfering.
Working pinciple
Raw cotton or M.M.F.is continuously condensed onto the perforated drum surface via a feed duct in the flow are dropped though meshes into the fan duct and then to the filtering system.And the condensed cotton or M.M.F. Will be fed to next machine by means of a stripper beater.
